Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Trip Chronicle ("the app"), operated by SamTech Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards and how to report a concern. These standards apply to everyone who uses Trip Chronicle.

1. Our commitment

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in every part of Trip Chronicle. This includes any content, message, image, or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses a minor, and any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We work to prevent it, we act on reports quickly, and we cooperate with the relevant authorities. We comply with all applicable child-safety laws in the regions where Trip Chronicle is available.

2. Age and young users

Trip Chronicle is a private group travel journal with a storyteller narrator, intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to, or intended for, children under 13, and they are not permitted to use it. The app includes user-generated content and group chat, and reporting and blocking are available on every message and photo.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate removal of content and suspension of the account:

4. How to report

You can report a child-safety concern from inside the app or by email:

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law-enforcement or emergency services first.

5. How we respond

We review child-safety reports promptly and aim to act within 24 hours. When we find violating content or behavior, we remove the content, preserve the relevant evidence, and suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible. Session chat is ephemeral, but a reported message is preserved with its surrounding context so our team can review it after the session ends.

6. Reporting to authorities

Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we report it to the relevant national and regional authorities as required by law — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States — and we cooperate with lawful requests from those authorities.

7. Contact

Our designated point of contact for child-safety and CSAM-prevention matters is support@samtech.solutions. See also our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Support page.
